Greeting!

Anita and I are heading to the Nations again.  This time to Roatan, Honduras.  We will be helping our missionary friends Joy Dodd and Jen Cook in their work with the Nationals on the Island.

Roatan is a place of great dichotomy. On one side of the island is a beautiful tourist destination with five-star hotels, fine restaurants and two ports that receive cruise ships on a daily basis.  The other side of the island is populated with the people who work in those hotels and restaurants and docks for very low wages.  Joy and Jen have been sharing the Gospel with the people of Honduras for over 20 years, the last 10 or 12 years have been on the island of Roatan.

Our time will be mainly spent helping write curriculum, policies and procedures for a Core Training session this fall, making new connections, and praying with the team.  This will be a short trip due to our other obligations, but they have assured us that they will keep us busy.  We wouldn’t have it any other way.
